Thank you for thinking about booking a session with me.
I’m so excited to have you for a fun, empowering photo shoot! A boudoir session is so much more than a photoshoot....it is an EXPERIENCE! I know it seems nerve wracking at first, but you will leave your session feeling sexy, strong, empowered, and ready to take on the world. The week before your boudoir session is a time for preparing. I want your session to go smoothly and you look your best on shoot day. I have created a guide to see you through your preparation and to make sure you're prepared and arrive to your shoot stress-free!
Things to know
- Your session date and time has been reserved just for you. If you need to reschedule your appointment, be sure to get in touch with me ASAP
- Cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the entire session fee
- Be sure to electronically sign the photo contract that will come to you by email
- Most retouching of your photos is included in your session fee (meaning that there is no extra charge). However, photoshopping out of tan lines, sunburns, and/or tanning streaks is not included in your session fee
- You do NOT need to reschedule your photoshoot if you are on your period. I will have complimentary sanitary products at the studio if you need anything. You are welcome to wear a tampon during your shoot. Through the magic of photoshop, I can always remove any hormonal acne or bloat that comes with your period
- If you don’t want me to share your images—I won't share your images. Plain and simple! Every image that I share, I have received permission to do so. There will be an option for you to opt out in the questionnaire after booking
- Two weeks following your session, you will see the beautiful images that we have created together. You will receive a password protected proofing gallery. I am always here to answer any questions and to help you choose your favorite images. Once you have selected your favorite images, I will custom design your album. You can show it off, give it as a gift, or keep it as a private reminder of how BOMB YOU REALLY ARE.
- If you have any questions, please contact me ASAP
THINGS TO DO
PLAN AHEAD
Nothing puts a damper on a fun and relaxing photo shoot like feeling rushed or late! You should plan for traffic and arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
PLEASEEE PAMPER YOURSELF
Go a few days before your shoot and get a manicure and pedicure! This will give you a finished, polished look. Chipped polish can be distracting. Indulging in a makeup artist is something I highly recommend, as well. Let this be be a SIGN to treat yo’ self! Take a look through my ‘boudoir’ stories on IG for some gals I adore and fully trust for makeup.
BRUSH YOUR LIPS
Sounds weird, right?! Dry lips are very hard to fix in post processing. In the days leading up to your photoshoot, use your toothbrush while brushing your teeth to make a few passes over your lips. This will help shed dead skin. After that, apply a moisturizing lip balm...repeat repeat repeat.
CLEAN THEM SHOES AND THE BOTTOM OF YOUR FEET.
Self explanatory, the dirt will show in the photos.
Wipes will be provided at the shoot.
HAVE EXTRA WARDROBE OPTIONS
Bring at least 2 different outfits, a couple pair of shoes if you’re a shoe girl, and accessories only if you usually wear them. We may not use it all, but it never hurts to have options. A sexy robe never hurts and an item that belongs to your partner is v cute too!
TRUST ME AND MY BOMB 90’s AND EARLY 2000’s PLAYLIST
I won’t make you do anything that is going to make you look bad. I’ve got you covered. Don’t stress. You’ll have a full edited gallery to choose from in the end!
THINGS TO AVOID
SPRAY TANNING BEFORE YOUR SHOOT
I know you think that you look better with a tan...but I assure you, even if you don’t see the streaks and unevenness with your naked eye, the camera will pick them up. You will photograph a lot more tan than you think you look (especially given that my specialty is low-key lighting and black and white imagery), and spray tans will photograph orange in color images. Trust me on this!!
PARTYING THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR SHOOT
You’ll regret it, I promise you. I’ve been there myself.
DRINKING RED WINE TO CALM YOUR NERVES
Don’t drink a bottle of red wine right before you show up in efforts to calm your nerves! It will stain your teeth and lips. Go white wine/champagne instead! ;)
FORGETTING TO STRETCH
Many of these poses, while they look effortless, are quite unnatural feeling. Take a few minutes on the morning of your shoot to stretch your arms, legs, hips, and especially your back. People are surprised to see how sore their muscles get after something as silly as a photo shoot, so any extra flexibility you can add by a quick yoga flow will only benefit you.
HAVING A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE
I’ll be your biggest fan, YO HYPE GIRL. You are beautiful and you deserve to showcase it! Plus, you’ll look back on these pics at 80 and be THANKFUL you made these memories to look back on.

WHAT TO WEAR
BRA & PANTY SETS
A matching bra & panty set in virtually any color or pattern is guaranteed to look great in your photoshoot.
TYPES OF PANTIES
Panties come in all shapes and sizes. In most cases, panties with a bit of lace is always fun and photograph great, thongs are recommended too!!
BODYSUITS
I highly recommend bodysuits! Bodysuits are incredibly flattering on any body type and photograph really well. Bodysuits are sexy and also provide a bit more coverage than a bra and panty set without sacrificing style. My personal fave is a straps bodysuit.
NEXT-TO-NOTHING
Of course, for one of your looks, you are welcome to wear next-to-nothing or nothing at all! My studio doesn’t offer highly erotic images (like crotch shots), but I’m happy to shoot partial or implied nudity.
